As the Director of the Thinking Digital Conference and the CEO of Codeworks, Herbert brings 17 years of experience in technology & media related businesses.
 
Prior to his current role, Herbert was at mobile phone operator 02, where he was Head of Marketing for 02’s incubator division.
 
Other senior roles include UK Managing Director for QXL.com, Head of Partner Relations at BOL.com, General Manager of Blackwell’s Online Bookshop and Marketing Manager at IBM.
 
Herbert has an MBA in Strategic Management from the Wharton School and graduated with honors in History at Princeton University.
 
Herbert was born in Brooklyn, NY and has resided in the UK for 13 years. He and his partner have the privilege of raising a young daughter, Alice.
